By submitting your song and materials to WRZK/95.9 The Hog (“Station”), you (“Artist”) agree to the following terms:

Terms & Conditions

  1. Originality & Ownership
    • I confirm that the submitted song and all related materials are my original work and do not infringe on the rights of any other party.
  2. Broadcast & Promotion Rights
    • I grant WRZK/95.9 The Hog a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to broadcast my song and to use my name, likeness, and promotional materials (bio, photos, videos) for program-related promotion on-air, online, and on social media.
  3. Liability & Indemnification
    • I accept full responsibility for any legal issues that may arise from my submission, including copyright or sampling disputes.
    • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless WRZK/95.9 The Hog, Holston Valley Broadcasting Corporation, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses related to my submission.
  4. FCC Compliance
    • I confirm that my submission contains no obscene, indecent, or profane content, in compliance with FCC rules (47 U.S.C. § 1464).
    • I understand that any submission found in violation of FCC or legal standards may be disqualified.
  5. No Guarantee of Airplay
    • I understand that submitting a song does not guarantee airplay. Selection is at the sole discretion of the Station staff and reviewers.
  6. Eligibility
    • I confirm that all band/artist members are 18 years of age or older.
    • I confirm that my band/artist is located within roughly 100–150 miles of WRZK/95.9 The Hog.
